Hello, my name is Angie Ripley and I started Constructive Chaos as a place to rant and rave about all things pertaining to Real Estate Sales & Marketing.

You all know I wish to create a magic spell capable of producing a real estate utopia for all. But in the mean time I hope we can create a difference through this blog Constructive Chaos, aka chaos-constructive.com.

I believe we are an industry of zealous individuals running around in what many times feels like chaos. Our passion for curating an exceptional journey for our clients. Our passion for making a small difference in our community. Our passion for knowing our markets and being the specialists our clients need us to be. All of this passion is what makes our industry both exciting and at times disorderly.

In a little over 20 years I have been through a couple very strong buyer markets, a couple strong seller markets, a few “normal” (more balanced) markets and a market or two I would not wish upon anyone's archenemy. No market is easy. They all have their positives and their negatives. Our job is always to find the positive and to be the amazing problem solvers I know you all can be.

As real estate advisors you many times start your day out motivating yourself, end the day motivating yourself, and if you are lucky enough you had a few clients in the middle of your day that also helped motivate you. That is what this blog is for. To help you find more motivation, determination, more humility and even more passion for our sales industry.
